How To Make Friends In A New City As A Stay-at-home Mom?

I just moved to a new city to give birth to my daughter, and my boyfriend and i thought it was be nice to be “close” to family but not too close cuz both of our families are weird. Anyways he has set in nice, got a great job, and a raise recently, and he makes friends with the people he works with. But me, I take care of baby girl all day long, clean, cook do chores, stuff like that. I started working out at home to feed productive, but i’m ******* lonely. I have no friends here, adn i’m a stay at home mom. How do you make friends in a new city, when you don’t have an outlet like school or a job to go to?? I cant go to college till next sept, and i can’t be lonely much longer. All i have is my sister, and her friends, but they are her friends not mine, i only get to hang out with them when we all make plans together, but i can’t rely on my sister forever….help?
